I never realized how tall your dog is. Those are deer legs right there.

Another night in the shop? Come on dad!
(Dang, he’s getting grey quick!)

I took Coal for his annual checkup yesterday. His legs are starting to show signs of age. Vet put him on glucosamine for the rest of his life.

Taking glucosamine isn’t bad. Lloyd and I both take it. His hips are in better shape than mine too!

He might need ACL surgery in the future. I’m trying to avoid that. Hopefully the glucosamine and losing some weight (he gained 10 pounds over the last year) will help.

Weight loss is huge. 10lbs for a Dog is a lot of weight. I’m trying to get Vader down to 90 and myself to 250. We have a long road ahead.
Lloyd’s doc says he’s fine where he’s at “for his age”. Neither of us act our age.

I was thinking the same thing. It’s like she’s standing on tip toes as well.
